I’m now in the best chapter, the leader of my life, guiding others to better health and happiness. I am a Master Teacher, Sound & Energy Healer with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in sound therapy and energy healing techniques. At Sol-Auna Wellness & Retreats, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance and harmony in their lives through personalized sessions and workshops. Always learning and growing myself, I hold a transformative, safe, empowered space as we expand your own innate healing abilities through physical, emotional and spiritual transformation.

Born and married into the military; spending years working in care homes and hospitals as an LPN, experiencing myself and being a witness to others through there most trying times… has all led me to the compassionate and dedicated alternative health healer I am today. Recognizing conventional medicine wasn’t helping with the PTSD, recognizing I could do something about it. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Tuning Fork and Energy Field Practitioner, and Intuitive Healer, I combine my diverse skills to guide you on your own path to whole-body wellness. Your body has a natural capacity for self- restoration and I am here to help clear whatever is blocking that natural ease. The services I offer are one on one inner wisdom sessions, duo sessions with sound and reiki, sound baths, training immersions and so much more.
