I am a Ceremonialist who shares the benefits of ancient women’s medicine traditions through Embodiment practices, weaving Yoni Rituals, Temple Dance, Herbal Medicine, Tao Tantric Arts, Kundalini Yoga and Nature Therapy to breathe life into your passion and purpose.

I am stewarding land on the ancestral territories of the Cherokee & Iroquois Nations.

My Maternal lineage Grandmother & Grandfatherimmigrated to America after surviving the Holocaust. My Egyptian Paternal lineage fled Egypt in the face of genocide when my father was a teenager.

As a first/second generation American I am intimately familiar with the veins of trauma, genocide and cultural hatred that are passed down from lineage to womb. Many of the sacred womb rituals I guide are rooted in healing ancestral trauma.

Through 1:1 Guided Womb Embodiment Journeys,Workshops, Retreats and more, I passionately advocate for those who desire to heal physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances naturally.

I am devoted to guiding womentowards restoring menstrual health through yoni steaming & cyclical living,conscious conception & fertility coaching, spiritual empowerment, folk herbalism, embodiment through dance & movement, connection to the natural realms, Great Spirit and releasing that which does not serve to plant the seeds for your deepest desires to blossom and manifest with ease.
