Day 1 -Active the Energy

Embodied Practice: Move your Body

Connect to the earth

  • Walk outside

  • Eat more fruits and vegetables 

  • Incorporate herbal medicine/elixirs

  • Drink more water

  • Put your feet on the earth (climate permitting, visualize in deep meditation if climate too cold)

  • Bring ritual into your morning/evening bath or shower, visualize the water cleansing and rejuvenating your energy

Clear Your Space

  • Clean your sacred space to allow the energy to move freely

  • Clean your home, one room or start with your devotional space

  • Bless it with the energy you wish to cultivate in that space

  • Adorn it with beauty, scents, fabrics, colours, objects and, anything you desire that brings you peace, comfort and joy

Journal Prompts:

(Notes - When writing allow ease and grace to flow. Practice non-judgement, compassion and gratitude. Be gentle on yourself and honour your emotions. Notice, be aware but also acknowledge yourself in this present moment with gratitude.)

Day 2 - Body Relationship

Reconnect - Pour love onto yourself

  • Stand in front of a mirror naked

  • Observe and notice what you see, where do your thoughts go

  • Notice your senses as you see yourself

  • Have a time ready and set it for two minutes and state all the things your appreciate about your body. (try not to think too much, let it flow as best as you can)

  • Stop after two minutes and just breathe for a moment

  • Set your timer again for two minutes and this time focus on affirming your appreciation for your womb/yoni

  • Stop again after two minutes and breathe, be soft and gentle on yourself

  • Set you timer one more time for 2 minutes and infuse yourself with I LOVE YOU statements

  • Stop, breathe and reflect in your journal what came through, what you felt, easy or challenging, exercise compassion, gratitude and, love to yourself!

  • You did it!

    Journal reflection:

    What is the story you are rewriting towards your womb?

    Reflect on 2-3 lower vibration words that are in your subconscious mind about your body…..Now shift it into High frequency word into an I AM statement! For example: stretch marks —> I AM electric with my lighting bolts on my thighs

    Exercise compassion and love towards yourself. Write as many statements as you like and complete the following: Today and Everyday I __________________ For example: Today and everyday I recommit to myself! Today and Everyday I acknowledge I am resilient! Today and Everyday I remember to play!

    Remember as you are doing the deep work, celebrate and acknowledge at this very moment. You are here. You are showing up as best as you can. You are doing great!

Day 3 - Tend to Your Garden

Embodiment Practice: Speaking spells, Awakening the present and Igniting the Future

  • Either through movement or standing rooted into the earth; Claim with complete conviction what it is you desire.

  • Speak out loud what you are co-creating. Paint your canvas of life.

  • Infuse mantras to support you in reconditioning your subconscious mind.

  • Visualize your creativity overflowing. Feel your juicy sensuality. Anchor in your bold and powerful expression. Be in full presence of your divinity.

  • Speak what you are calling in with the awareness of the highest frequency of love. Say it out loud with an elevated emotion of gratitude, joy and playfulness.

  • Design a short ceremony to honour your blood and bleeding time/wise queen wisdom.

    Suggested format:

    • Write a prayer about your sacred blood about what you are recommitting too and recite it out loud

    • Draw/paint what your blood represents to you in the present and moving forward

    • Feel into the Ho’oponopono technique of Forgiveness and Love - I am Sorry - Please Forgive Me - I love You - Thank You, Repeat these statements as many times as you need until it is complete. Feel into the relationship with your blood past, NOW and moving forward.

    • Choose 1-3 songs to dance and move in Joy and celebration
