Vision that person in front of you
Stand in space, stand in front of a mirror, someone your trust, or write a letter; speak you truth
“ (___person’s name___) thank you for jolting my energy/presence to affirm who I am. What you say is simply not true. I AM WORTHY because I AM (state all the reasons why)
Seal your practice with gratitude
Journal prompts:
Who was the person who said the untruth to you? Write down 5-10 forgiveness statements (remember forgiveness is not for that person, it is for you to release).
Reflect on 1-2 experiences when you felt the most love where you did not have to do anything to receive it.

Adorn Yourself
Dress up in your favourite dress/outfit that brings out the Goddess in you and that you feel so good!
Style your hair, caress you skin with makeup/oils/body butter and adorn yourself with your choice of jewelry
Choose a song that lifts your vibration
Take a picture of yourself in your Goddess glory or video yourself in your dance.
Post the picture or video inside our private Facebook page. If it feels good post it on your personal page let the world witness you in your Goddess essence. Attach the hashtags #wombliberation #thegoddessmoves #embracingmygoddess

Pleasure and Delight in Yourself
Stand in front of the mirror (take it to another level do this practice naked)

Delight in a pleasurable way take in the magnificence of your body
Own the reflection that is front of you
Invite yourself to touch your body in the way that feels good
Appreciate every line, curve, muscle, fat; all the areas of your body
Take yourself in as long as you’d like, suggested time minimum 10 minutes
Seal your practice with gratitude or I love you statements
Journal prompts:
How did it feel to see yourself through pleasure?
If there was any resistance, reflect and identify what they were.
Write down at least 10 positive pleasurable things you noticed about yourself during the practice.

Say what you want, communicate how you want to feel, to be touched, what you desire, what feels good, what does not feel good.
For example: Practice saying the word YES! in many different ways, loud, soft, whisper, commanding, tantalizing etc
Self Pleasure
You choose how you want to navigate your practice
Suggestions
Put on a sexy seductive song or two, dance in your sacred space with/with out clothing in the light/dark. Breathe and feel into the music and moment.
Make your bath time extra special with oils, fragrances, candles (be safe), music, bubbles
Give your self a massage with your favourite fragrant body butter/oils and take your time going over all the parts of your skin
Put on some lingerie dance, cook, clean, prance whatever you’d like feel sexy and vibrant
Cook a beautiful meal, make a ritual out of it, enjoy every bite with complete pleasure
Magic manifestation: touch yourself in all the ways that feel delicious and open your body to what you are co-creating in your life

Set up your sacred space (intense, soft music, candles) with your journal and pen
Complete the meditation
Write a letter to yourself
Go into loving details of how you see yourself in 3 months
Fill your letter with sweet love and gratitude to yourself for committing and re-committing
Have fun with describing colours, environment, shifts in yourself, the encouragement you receive from others, projects materialized, wealth increased etc
Feel the enjoyment, feel all senses engaged, feel all the beauty, wonder and accomplishment of your journey
When you have finished writing, read it over and then read it out loud with the elevated emotions

Gratitude Game
For the rest of the day notice all that is around and say thank you
For example: Give appreciation to the conversations you have, the people you connect with, the material things in your home, the 5 mins of rest and stillness, the laughter you are surrounded with, the good food you get to savour, and whatever else that fills your day
Invite others to join you for the day and have some fun with it
Notice any shifts in you mood, energy and your consciousness
Journal prompts:
Gratitude overflow: Write down as many things you are grateful for until you feel complete. If it helps set a timer for 5 or 10 minutes and continue to write until time is up
What did you notice in your body when you channelled in gratitude?
What did you oversee in your mind when you reflected on gratitude in your life at this moment?
Do your happy dance and express your gratitude!
