Embodiment Practice:

  • Acknowledge

    • Stand - sit and see yourself in front of a mirror

    • Reflect on a situation - self - person

    • Call in all aspects of that experience

    • Say out loud what you are ready to truly, fully release, and clear: I forgive you

    • Acknowledge all of it, speak out loud all of the contents of the experience and repeat as many times needed I forgive you

    • Pour compassion and love onto yourself to anchor your practice

Journal prompts:

During the practice was there resistance or flow?

What do you acknowledge with a broader lens of non-judgement and love of the situation?

What will shift after you forgive?

    • Revisit or rediscover an activity that immerses you in play, joy and blissful happiness

    • Reconnect to the silly and creative 5 year old within

    • Let go of the expectations and feel into the uninhibited essence of Play and pleasure

Journal prompts:

List all the activities you got lost in and had so much fun as a kid.

List and acknowledge activities you get lost and have so much fun now.

State you re-commitment in carving out space for daily play and pleasure.

Embodiment Practice:

  • Invoke the Lioness

    • Call on the power of the Lioness and/or the Hindu Goddess Durga.

    • Durga represents power, strength, boundaries, clear YES and clear NO, she lights the fire with grace and dignity

    • Lioness represents a royal elegant power. She is also a fierce, huntress, and protectress

    • Choose 1-2 songs to dance from a place of empowerment, knowing, confidence

    • As you dance use your voice out loud. Affirm you strength, courage and wisdom from the power of the Lioness

Radical Self Love - Belief

Embodiment Practice:

  • Speak and Feel

    • Revisit the mantras you created during week one

    • Create any additional mantras that speak into Radical Self Love for yourself

    • Sit in a comfortable place and have a timer ready for 10 mins

    • Read the mantras out loud with feeling, command, being open and with conviction

    • Notice what comes through in your body

    • Do you believe in your mantras, notice any resistance, additional emotions that come up, exercise softness and courage on self

    • Close your practice with a few gratitude statements or sit in silence in integrate

Did you feel any tension or relaxation when saying your mantras?

  • Is there anything getting in the way of fully believing in yourself?

  • List 30 things that you celebrate about yourself!!!
