Journal Reflections:

What fire did you come to light up within you? And share this passion with others?

What if I expressed authentically?

What is your relationship to your feminine energy?

Open to the capacity of expression…

The centre of your body, the doorway to your pleasure, creativity; the gateway to your Primal intuitive Wild feminine nature.

Your wild feminine energy needs to be expressed fully. The base of your spine; your root chakra has direct access and connection to give and receive from the earth.

Energetically, it is very charged and routed to the earth and to the divine.

The floodgates of this sensual doorway, creativity, and joy opens even more when we're present and engaged.

What does it mean to embrace your primal nature?

Moving from a primal nature….

……… Is to understand what is essential and fundamental to your needs. Tuning into you emotional intelligence and acknowledging the fears.

Your behaviour will be shaped from this clear knowing.

If your hungry you eat. If you are hot you wear less clothes. If you are angry you yell. If you feel sexy you walk and dress a different way. If you are sad you cry.

Allowing your feminine energy to be fully expressed moves the energy in the womb space and the body. This allows you to be even more grounded.

In receiving the primal feminine nature you are opening a deeper awareness and honour of your body as a temple. Energy that comes in and goes out.

It supports intentional discernment of what sacred energy is mixing with the most sacred and sensitive part of your body.

The Shadow - Over giving

The shadow of this is you have to be discerning and honour yourself of what you are opening and receiving too. You are not overextending your energy.

The shadow to reflect on:

Are you giving too much? Are you giving to the extent of exhaustion, creating resentment, and then feeling frustration?

What are you closed and guarding?

Okay, so there's a difference between when you are using healthy boundaries and discerning of who comes into your space, who comes into your energy field? What do you allow and not allow; That is healthy for you? The wild woman expresses what she needs and embraces the fear.

Reflect on this questions…

…. and how they relate in your life. Allow the opportunity to listen/write to what is coming through for you.

When you hold on, guard, and contract… ask yourself where is that coming from?

Is it coming from fear?

What are you holding on to for feeling into those frequencies and feeling into your womb?

When you are faced with certain situations are you holding?

Are you are you letting go?

Is there space for you to let go?

Your root chakra energy

…..connects to your sense of security. When you feel secure, when you feel safe, you know. Your body is relaxed. Your body is moving efficiently. It is expanded and relaxed.

When it is not relaxed, and when there has been extended amount of trauma, or past trauma that has not been released it Your body it is running from a contracted energy.

Unfortunately, this connects to any previous physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. When you experience any of those things your sense of security, willingness to be seen, and express yourself is effected.

Investigate where does any anger come from?

Processing your rage will help you to cultivate release and allow your yoni/womb to be in a space of equilibrium. Don't forget to forgive yourself in this process.

Ritual

The Initiations - Ritual

Listen to the Meditation practice Click HERE

Start to reflect on life events that you feel in your womb that have left an imprint and need to be released.

(To prevent overwhelm start with one experience or person)

Inquire about the emotional triggers, why the experience/person is significant and notice yourself of your response/actions.

What do you notice when you look at the situation through a broader perspective?

What did the experience/situation teach you about yourself?

Give yourself some love, gratitude for the space, courage to face the uncomfortable to release, and forgive.

Continue to move the energy through and out of you by dancing to as many songs as you like.

Create your own playlist or use this one.

Journal what comes through during your practice.

Fire Devotional Ritual Practices:

Womb Breath/Dialogue - Sit anywhere comfortable cradle your womb space with your hands. Allow your muscles to drop. Breathe in expand your belly button into your hands. Breathe out pull in your womb towards your spine. Continue this practice for 5 rounds (Inhale/Exhale thats one round). Visualize the ocean as you breathe. Feel the power of the sacred waters hydrating, nourishing, clearing, and cleansing your womb space.

After the 5 rounds continue your attention in your space and listen in stillness. You ask the question what is the message I need to know right now OR Ask any question that is alive and present for you in the moment. Trust in the words, pictures, songs, people, memories that come through. It will answer your question. If you do not receive anything right way trust that you will in time.

Gratitude and Appreciation:

Celebrate yourself on where you have been and how far you have come to this moment. Write in your journal or stand in front of the mirror and say it out loud. Feel the frequency of your words.

Fire Devotional Ritual Practices continue:

Sacred Rage Movement

Allow any energies of anger, confusion, frustrations, guilt, shame, powerless, doubt, resentment, suppression, emotions unexpressed…… to move through and out of the body. Do this as long as you need. Notice how your body responds. Give yourself what you need. When you are finished you may make space for crying. Allow the tears to flow, make space for stillness, write what you have received, and then nourish yourself with lots of water/good food.

Put on some music and let it out:
