When it comes to the space in the womb that plays a key role in receiving and releasing it is the Cervix in the yoni portal.
The Cervix is a part of the body that gets its shine in either a positive or negative way.
It is space that holds receptivity or helps you to release. Anatomically the cervix is the neck; in between the yoni opening and the entry to the uterus.
It is very fitting that this gateway brings the medicine of trust in your instincts, facing the shadow, and life’s initiations.
This is a space that holds great pleasure and also profound awakenings.
Receive - Make space - Release
The cervix adjusts itself according to your moon cycle. It releases its own nectar during the different phases. It is sending you messages that you can see everyday. Whether your turn on, fertile, getting ready to bleed, or your body needs more attention.
When your body is in ovulation the cervix rises to receive energy that is entering from the external.
The cervix flows with the energy of the Clitoris to continue to open the yoni and womb to receive.
The cervix is also connected to the Heart Chakra. As you open your heart to receive the cervix opens and vice versa.
Continue to ask yourself……..
What are you open to receive? What are continuing to nurture?
When your body is in the bleeding phase your cervix lowers to allow space for the release of the endometrial walls to shed.
You’re cervix assists you in embracing the shadow of life’s experiences and helps you to release any stagnant energy.
It makes space internally to gently provide a safe space to address any stored energies that are ready to be faced, healed, and released through the blood.ions

Messenger
The cervix is compared to the neck. Your neck holds your throat chakra. Your expression centre. The cervix also is a messenger that is talking to you.
Emotions that get trapped in the throat are unexpressed emotions, thoughts, and/or ideas.
Things to reflect on is you’re fulfillment in life.
Do you feel completely full in the most positive ways in all areas of your life or are there areas that could use some more attention?
When there is a lack of fulfillment frustration will arise. When frustration is present do you address it and express it right away. Do you hold it in?
The neck of your womb either receives or makes space. If you are holding onto energy that needs to be released, stagnant energy will stay in your womb, in your cervix.
Ask yourself…….
Is there anything that you are not saying?
Fulfillment extends to sexual sovereignty as well. Receiving pleasure from the Clitoris; the cervix is a pleasure centre as well. When it rises during ovulation it softens and is ready to respond to pleasure.
Do you express what you want in sensuality and intimacy? Do you give yourself what you need to feel pleasure and fulfillment?
Go Deep
Within intimacy a cervical orgasm is a super powerful whole body experience. As mentioned before the cervix is connected to the heart.
When the cervix is open and feeling pleasure, so is the heart. While connecting with self or a trusted partner when these thresholds are opened much love and care is required to process this open portal.
This space will house deep sexual trauma. As this space is awakened it is important to exercise patience and have the support you need to navigate anything that comes through.
Vulnerability is to feel the feelings..
It is to have the Openness to not run away and hide;
It is feeling safe enough to talk about what is being revealed to you, and to surrender to the life experience to either heal or release.
Remember we are all part of this microcosm called Humanity. You are human.
The social construct and design conditions us to be perfect. Celebrates the wins but not the journey. We punish ourselves heavily on mistakes made. Today we cut the cord on that old paradigm. This is what forgiveness does.
As you go through a wide variety of emotions, the one ranked the highest is unworthiness.
We torture ourselves by replaying the story over and over in your head. You tell your friends about it. You then discuss it with others for unbiased advice but you know it is going to be biased from that person's life lens. The fabulous emotion of the ego of being STUBBORN rises up.
You see how quickly this can reinforce itself?
Held by compassion…
Be held by unconditional, non-judgemental love. Be seen in the eyes of divine truth.

Forgive

This is an act that can come very easily or there will be resistance to it. At the end of the day it comes down to this; we only hurt ourselves when we cling onto the experience that has yet to be fully resolved.
Forgiveness unleashes the energetic shackles in your body and in your life. WHY? When you forgive you release yourself from the tension of the situation that was created.
For us humans this is very challenging because we always want to be right. The ego takes over and says:
“ Well you don’t understand….”
“ I was the victim “
“ It was not my fault “
“ I did not do anything “
“ I can not believe I did that “
“ You did this to me “
“ I did this to me “
“ I am so stupid, why did I do that? “
AND A WHOLE LOT MORE
You will be tested in life….
….With moments where the situation/mistake was small. You will most definitely be challenged with experiences that will rock you to your core.
This is the last action to help clear out stagnant energies in the womb, your cervix. This is the step that transmutes the experience/belief/patterns. It releases tension. This action requires the most humility and compassion toward yourself.
The release of an experience or belief asks you to look at yourself in the mirror, surrender, and pour some love onto yourself.
Areas to look at for Forgiveness:
YOURSELF!!! Holding a judgment free mirror up and take honest accountability on your:
Yourself
Family
Spirituality
Weakness and Challenges
Your Choices
Relationship with Money
Career
Relationships (ex’s, friends, children etc)
Others
Release the Victim Story
Holding onto the victim story keeps you small.
Understand there are experiences that were truly not your fault.
There are other life moments where if you really get 100 percent honest; you will own that you also had a role in the situation. However, it is not to blame yourself but to see the situation with a broader lens.
Releasing the victim allows you to take full ownership of your presence in the situation. Honouring that you(others) responded or acted with the:
Knowledge you had at the time
The environment
Your emotions that initially showed up
The current influences that affected the course of action
External forces that may or may have not had a role in the situation
BASICALLY owning the space you were in at that current time, releases the tension from that because you are not the same person in this space and time.
Release and Create Space
Emotions are held in the body. Confronting the emotion requires much more strength. This is why we do not like to do it. You have to honestly face the situation, address it, see it for what it was, and release it.
You will cry. You will get in your head and eventually get into the body. You will get angry but you will be released.
Do any of these practices:
Write on a fresh page in your journal the question Who/What are you angry at? (feel into the situation you need to release) and write until you can write anymore.
Shake all parts of your body to release stagnant energy. (Be mindful of any injuries in your muscles and joints) Start vigorous shaking from your feet, legs, hips, torso, chest, shoulders, arms and gently move the neck. Shake each part as long as you want. Breathe and make sounds. When you have done all body parts do a final shake of the entire body. Bring it down to a gentle shake and then come to stillness. Bring one hand on your heart and the other on your womb. Breath deeply and stay here until it feels complete.
Grab a pillow or if you have access to a boxing punching bag. Visualize where you hold anger and resentment. Let the pillow/punching bag have it. Put all your energy into it. Use your voice and let it out. (If you are inside, you want to scream, you don’t want to alarm people in the house or neighbours; scream into the pillow)
Take a walk in nature..
Find a place you feel comfortable whether it’s with a trusted friend or by yourself. Express your voice at the top of your lungs. Use your body and get it all out.
Allow yourself to cry. Do not hold yourself back. Your tears are medicine. CRY! Let all that energy go. You will be immersed in unconditional love. Your guides will be holding you. Never alone.
Dance! Invoke the energy of the Hindu Goddess Kali ma. Dance with your imaginary sword of fire. As you move, visualize your sword, cut the cords your wish to release to experiences or people. Every time you cut the cord, say I release you, thank you!
Breath work. It is best to do this with support either a trusted friend, facilitator, or group setting. If you are in a group you’ll follow what that facilitator says. On your own, lie down with your feet and head supported. Take a few deep slow inhales and exhales to settle your body into the sacred space. When you are ready with an open mouth you breathe in contact with your belly, exhale with an open mouth and expand your belly. Keep doing this at a moderate/fast pace. Inhale. Exhale. You will continue to do this for about 15-30 mins. Allow whatever emotions come through. When you feel complete, come back into a deeper and slower breath until you come into stillness. Stay here as long as you like to process. When you are ready slowly stretch out your body and move into an upright position.
After every practice, give gratitude and love for yourself.
Earth Devotional Ritual Practices:
Womb Breath/Dialogue - Sit anywhere comfortable cradle your womb space with your hands. Allow your muscles to drop. Breathe in contract your belly button to your spine. Breathe out relax your womb into your hands. Continue this practice for 5 rounds (Inhale/Exhale thats one round). Visualize the ocean as you breathe. Feel the power of the sacred waters hydrating, nourishing, clearing, and cleansing your womb space.
After the 5 rounds continue your attention in your space and listen in stillness. You ask the question what is the message I need to know right now OR Ask any question that is alive and present for you in the moment. Trust in the words, pictures, songs, people, memories that come through. It will answer your question. If you do not receive anything right way trust that you will in time.
ReConnect to the Earth:
You can choose to do this in many ways such as Invite more plants into your home. Drink more water. Eat more nourishment from the earth (fruits, vegetables, medicinal plants/herbs). Walk barefoot on the ground. Take a walk at a park or in the mountains. Cultivate a garden.
Move your body!
Start to cultivate a daily movement practice. How you move is up to you. Choose embodiment activities you love to do and enjoy!
