The language of Overflow…..

When one looks at what defines success; a good life; there are three words that show up the most. One is creating more:

Abundance

Definition: an extremely plentiful or over sufficient quantity or supply; overflowing fullness; affluence

Prosperity

Definition: A successful, flourishing, or thriving condition, especially in financial respects; good fortune.

Wealth

Definition: A great quantity or store of money, valuable possessions, property, or other riches; profusion of anything; plentiful amount. All similar but radiate different frequencies.

Which one are you calling more into your life and WHY?

Your relationship to Money Honey…

Money has an emotional frequency.

The vibration all humans desire to have is a happy relationship with money because of having the desired overflow of money.

The current paradigm in which we live in right now revolves around having enough money to take care of ourselves/our families and have all of the needs met.

To live a good life is associated with having plentiful of money. However, few will ask what is one’s relationship with money. How do you feel about it? Is it held in contraction/lack or has a trusting expansive quality/there is always more coming to you?

If money was your lover; how would that shift in the way you treat it?

Gratitude

Definition: the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.

One of the Most of the most effective ways to shift your energy particularly when life is challenging is through the practice of gratitude.

Asking yourself in the moment what are you thankful for?

The Frequency of Love is 500Hz. The Frequency of gratitude is 540Hz. Science proves on an energetic level how powerful gratitude is.

You do not need to rely on the statistic because you have felt the energy shift. you have felt the power of a grateful energy and mindset.

Make this a fun activity at any moment or anything what can you be thankful for and notice the shift in energy.

Divine Lineage

You are the Holy grail! You are the winning lottery ticket.

You Divine lineage is not just exclusive to family. It includes your spirit guides, high tribal counsel of Elders, and your ancestors across timelines and space. You do not walk this life alone.

You have support.

Visualize yourself being the winning lottery ticket; feel into the thoughts and emotions.

Pay attention to your energy.

This is the presence of the Divine flowing through you.

Turn Your Gifts into Gold

Match the high vibrational frequency of love. Goddess it is time to Level up and raise your standards. Life is never linear. It is a spiral.

Return to Module 4 - Pussy Power: Creative expression. Take a closer look at how you body responds to the gifts you have.

Your body response is the internal wisdom that will nudge you in the direction that will best support you. Your gifts will light you up.

It is the spark to creativity. It is the insatiable curiosity that will motivate you to continue to learn more and more.

You are the Creatrix. The Goddess who Creates!

Pt. 1 Shift your Money Blocks journal ritual….

What are you Real Money Blocks? Give space to the shadow feelings that come up around money. Write in your journal and then also write the wisdom that is hiding underneath the block.

Here are some of the most common perceptions and realities:

Pt. 2 Money Forgiveness Letter

You have identified the blocks. Reflect back to the question; If money was your lover…… What would you say to ask for forgiveness and also state a new devotion; a new action towards your money. Write a forgiveness letter to your money lover. When completed say it out loud; breath and pour love/compassion onto yourself.

Here is a sample letter. (Create your letter as you desire)

Dear Money,

Thank you, thank you, thank you before I fully rewrite my story and beliefs about you.

I need to apologize. I apologize for not loving you in an honorable way. I apologize for not taking care of you as I know too. I’m sorry for taking you for granted.

I did not mean too. I’m so sorry for not taking care of you. Keeping you healthy and nourished. I’m sorry for not full appreciating you. I am sorry for always taking and not giving back.

I will be good to you. To celebrate you say loving words to you. I will take better care of you. I will love you better. I will not ignore you. I will respect you. I will appreciate and celebrate you.

I thank you for all you have done in the past present and future.

Pt. 3 Dance Your Prosperity

Create your Prosperity Playlist. Put music that activates the vibration you desire. Pick 5-10 songs. Then pick one of the statements below for each song.

When you dance to each song; say out loud the statement you chose. Repeat it over and over. Receive the energy from each statement as you dance.

Your ritual can have a minimum of 3 songs and maximum is up to you.

When you are complete; Bring yourself to stillness; ground your body. Integrate. Drink some water and enjoy the rest of the day with this elevated frequency/embodiment.

The more pleasure I experience the more money I receive

Money is always flowing to me with ease

The more I say yes to my gifts the more I receive more money

Money is my ally and my lover

Money comes to me easily and effortlessly

There is more than enough money coming to me to build for the present and future

I have nothing to lose by sharing my gifts with the world.

Money flows to me the more I share my inspiration with others

I am worthy of living a life that’s in alignment with my sacred gifts

The world needs my gifts and money comes to me the more I share

To be wild and free and to spend and serve

Money supports me in being wild and free, to spend and explore pleasure as I deserve

Wind Devotional Ritual Practices:

Womb Breath/Dialogue - Sit anywhere comfortable cradle your womb space with your hands. Allow your muscles to drop.

Breathe in expand your belly button into your hands. Breathe out contract your womb towards your spine.

Continue this practice for 5 rounds (Inhale/Exhale thats one round). Visualize the ocean as you breathe. Feel the power of the sacred waters hydrating, nourishing, clearing, and cleansing your womb space.

After the 5 rounds continue your attention in your space and listen in stillness.

You ask the question what is the message I need to know right now OR Ask any question that is alive and present for you in the moment.

Trust in the words, pictures, songs, people, memories that come through. It will answer your question. If you do not receive anything right way trust that you will in time.

Wind Devotional Ritual Practices continue:

Grab a fresh poster board, coloured markers, paint, and stickers!  Write words that speak to your authentic expression and your gifts. Draw any objects symbols, and/or animals that illuminate your words.

Place it in a space where you will always see it to remind you.

Spacial Movement Practice:

After completing your visual arts practice. Place it where you can see it and embody the words you put on the poster board as you dance. You can use your own playlist or the one provided above.

Seal your practice with gratitude and stillness. If you feel called write the wisdom that came through for you. Seal your practice with an expression of gratitude.
