Sacred Rage Movement

Allow any energies of anger, confusion, frustrations, guilt, shame, powerless, doubt, resentment, suppression, emotions unexpressed…… to move through and out of the body. Do this as long as you need. Notice how your body responds. Give yourself what you need. When you are finished you may make space for crying. Allow the tears to flow, make space for stillness, write what you have received, and then nourish yourself with lots of water/good food.

Put on some music and let it out:

Some suggestions: Use your voice - yell, scream, shout, make the sounds your body desires to make

Punch a pillow or punching bag

Take time to shake all parts of your body

Use you hands and visualize pulling out unwanted energy from your womb/body

I honour the sacred element of fire as she warms my body. I give thanks for the fire to clear all that needs to be cleared at this time. Thank you for continuing to stoke the spark within me. I sometimes forget just how powerful I am and you have reminded me that I am a fierce loving badass. My voice is power. My presence is magnetic. My emotions are my currency and I thank you for this deep reminder from my womb of this empowered expression that I have inside me. Speak wisely and from your highest frequency. Notice how your body feels after taking the time to drink the water.


Fluid flow Movement

This movement practice can be done anywhere also you can do it in or near a body of water. (Bath, Shower, Lake, swimming pool, etc your choice)

Tap into your divine feminine energy. Feel into the flow of your sensuality. Incorporate the breath. Touching your body. Feel into the spaces in between your muscles. Move in a state of flow. Play with moving slow, sensual, or like water. Move with play, passion, and pleasure. Move with the awareness of cultivating radical self love. When you are finished your practice; take time to be in stillness and receive what has been shown to you. Turn to your journal and write. Seal your practice with love and gratitude.

Sacred Water Prayer:

Dear sacred waters of the earth and within my body. Thank you for your expansion of cleansing, hydration, and fluidity. I treasure the power and life of this sacred resource of the earth. I give thanks of the powerful source that flows through my eyes, my pussy, my womb space, my pores, and all the spaces through my body. You support life and healing and I appreciate you. I will do my best to honour your flow and wisdom. I will do my best to continue to speak my intentions loud and clear from the highest frequency of love. Find a special and sacred spot in Nature. Bring your pen and journal.

Tune into your root and sacral chakras. Feel them plugging into the earth. Open your channel to your crown chakra. Take a few deep breaths to connect with the elements. When you are ready write what you are expanding, creating, and sharing during this full expressive time in the light.

Seal your practice with movement OR sitting in gratitude, and/or expressing out loud love for yourself.


Spacial Movement Practice:

Move you body that expresses all the things you have written down. Say them out loud. Visualize them.

Feel the shifting energy as you move your body. Continue your movement practice for as long as your need.

Seal your practice by coming into stillness, breath deeply, feel your body and your womb. Allow what needs to be revealed to come through. End with gratitude.

Divine Devotional Ritual Practices:

Womb Breath/Dialogue - Sit anywhere comfortable cradle your womb space with your hands. Allow your muscles to drop. Breathe in contract your belly button to your spine. Breathe out relax your womb into your hands. Continue this practice for 5 rounds (Inhale/Exhale thats one round). Visualize the ocean as you breathe. Feel the power of the sacred waters hydrating, nourishing, clearing, and cleansing your womb space.

After the 5 rounds continue your attention in your space and listen in stillness. You ask the question what is the message I need to know right now OR Ask any question that is alive and present for you in the moment. Trust in the words, pictures, songs, people, memories that come through. It will answer your question. If you do not receive anything right way trust that you will in time.

Practice 1:

Good gossip (Inspired by my soul sister Allie McFee)

This can be done solo, duo or with a group.

Say your intentions dreams for two minutes. No filter - Dream big! Then if you are with a partner or group turn around and your people are going to take your intentions that you just spoke out loud and gossip about all these things happening in real time. If you are own your own; write in 3rd person of all the things that are happening.

After you have done a couple rounds notice how you feel. How did it feel to embody your intention/dreams? How did it feel to receive the good gossip back to you? What is one thing you can do right now to embody the feeling of your dreams as reality?

Seal the practice with gratitude to yourself and/or to your group of humans.


Spacial Movement Practice:

Move your body in the way divinity feels for you. The feeling of sacred, whole, aligned, and truth. Slowing down your breath, slowing down your movements, and deeply connecting with your womb - your body. Take time to feel all the elements in your body. Feel into the celebration of your journey over the past few weeks.

Sacred Womb Illumination Prayer:
