Create

You will need fresh paper, markers, pencil crayons, or paint.

Play some music if it feels good.

Make a collage of your gifts.

Use pictures, drawings, words, and/or symbols.

Bask and reveal in your many gifts.

When complete choose a song and dance in celebration of your gifts.

Write a mantra for yourself about how you will choose to honour those gifts.
